I started and grew a clothing company that designed and distributed clothing to 3500 independent retailers. I have been told that I have good business acumen. After 15 years, I left the clothing industry and I started a construction company that grew to 10 employees with a focus on extensive large renovations. I also flipped homes full time for 3 years during which time I became a licensed real estate agent. I am very knowledgeable on the construction of homes with a broad understanding of costs associated with repair and updates to houses. I meticulously assess homes during showings and advise our clients about the real cost of ownership after updates and repairs for each particular home which provides them with transparency and knowledge. My business and construction background are a true benefit to our clients. My experience working with interior designers to flip homes is a significant benefit to Sellers. It enables me to inform clients on where to spend money for the best return and how to get the best presentation on the listing.
